This was a very transparent & vulnerable conversation with Curt. What made this such a great discussion was how self-aware Curt is & how much (emotional) work he’s already done.
He has a tremendous understanding of some of the very dark places he’s been through & the lessons he’s learned.
Perfectionism, depression, suicidal ideations, lessons in the valley were all things brought up & shared.
