Seems like emotional intelligence & emotional capacity are directly proportional.

A lot of information and a lot of new information would’ve typically shut me down.
As soon as I started feeling overwhelmed, I journaled my thoughts and used a mind map which helped tremendously.
This has also impacted & improved my emotional & mental agility.
