What is the opposite of stress or anxiety? 

I immediately thought it was being relaxed. 

What are the consequences of telling someone that is feeling stressed or anxiousness to “just relax”? 

The opposite of stress & anxiousness is actually mindfulness & presence. 

How good are you at remaining present & mindful when you are feeling stressed & anxious? 

How can you get better at that? 

What are 1 or 2 things you can do to improve in this area? 

What mindfulness tools or techniques can you implement? 

Try a daily, consistent breathing program.
